We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we want to make our return policy as clear and easy to understand as possible. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Pre-Made Prescription Eyewear:

  • We accept returns for pre-made prescription eyewear within 30 days of receipt.
  •  The returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories. 
  •  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  •  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees on initial orders.
  • All sale items are final - no refunds or exchanges.

For Custom-Made Prescription Eyewear:

  • Custom-made prescription orders are non-refundable.
  • We cannot offer refunds for customers who enter the wrong prescription, and who did not provide a physical script for verification.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain an Authorization Return Number. This number must be included with the returned item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we receive the returned item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@rxsportsgoggles.com.
